After expanding our tailoring we are now again able to offer custom made garments according to customer demands. We are happy to transform your ideas into design. Implementing your wishes concerning medieval garments may involve new designs as well as customized versions of our collection, or also color alterations. Prices
For special designs, there is an average mark-up consisting of 25% off the usual price. In case ou wish to place an order of oversized garments starting from XXXXL an additional 10% material surcharge is charged. Furthermore, all special orders cannot be exchanged. Payment is required after placing the order. Thus special manufactures will not be carried out without advanced payment.
Delivery Period
Estimated delivery time amounts to three weeks. But if it is an urgent order, we might to supply special orders quicker.
Measurements
We need the exact dimensions (in centimeters) of your desired article and not our body measurements. The best way of making sure you indicate the right dimensions is to use a comparable garment (for instance shirt, trousers, cloak, etc.) in your possession and measure it. Then we add the seam additions to your measurements. You are free to choose from all fabrics and colors offered regularly in our webstore.
Bulk Orders
We gladly accept large orders. We have been frequently clothing large groups, both individually and uniformly. We have been fulfilling large orders for and collaborating with clients from the movie industry, television, theater and stage productions, opera, private or corporal events (for instance weddings, baptisms, birthdays, or company celebrations like Christmas parties), carnival societies, educational institutions and of course medieval events. We do offer quantity discount starting from at least thirty garments.
